CHAPERONE POLICY
One (1) complimentary ticket is provided for every fifteen (15) admission tickets purchased and can be used as chaperone tickets as needed. As per our code of conduct we strongly recommend that minors (under 18) be accompanied by an adult. The park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors. Parents/guardians may be held legally liable for all acts of the children under their care.
FOOD AND DRINK POLICY
No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed to be brought into Canada’s Wonderland. However, baby food and formula, bottled water or refillable bottles/containers are permitted into the park. No glass containers are allowed. Guests with baskets, coolers and personal picnic items are welcome to use the public picnic pavilion located just outside our front gates. Those with medical dietary needs will be considered. Guests are encouraged to visit our Special Dietary Needs webpage and/or contact Guest Services prior to their visit for more information about options available to guests.
TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Prices, hours, dates, and attraction availability are subject to change without notice. Canada's Wonderland reserves the right to be closed to the public and Season Passholders for private events, capacity limitations, and other reasons. Certain attractions may be closed due to inclement weather, extreme temperatures, maintenance, and other reasons. No rain checks or refunds.
